Job Description As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for processing a variety of operational activities that support financial accounts and transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

Process daily operational work, including asset movements, account transfers, new account setup, and account maintenance activities.

Complete routine and complex transactions accurately, efficiently, and within established service level agreements.

Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues and discrepancies in a proactive manner.

Follow established procedures independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Utilize and support various financial products, software platforms, and business systems.

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to support service excellence and continuous process improvement.

Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment.

Qualifications Required

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment when resolving issues.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 1 year of experience within the financial services industry.

Minimum of 1 year of experience processing high-volume transactional work in a deadline-driven environment.

Experience supporting operational functions related to financial accounts, transfers, or asset movements.

Familiarity with financial products, operational systems, and regulatory requirements.
