Shields Health Solutions is looking for a remote Pharmacy Technician to engage with patients through outbound calls, providing explanations of the Shields Partner Pharmacy program. This role requires effective patient communication to promote pharmacy services and ensure patient understanding. The position is ideal for motivated individuals with excellent verbal communication skills. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 0-1 years of related experience.
