Shipping Admin
Our client, a leading logistics and shipping organization, is seeking a Shipping Admin to join their team. As a Shipping Admin, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Shipping and Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Shipping Admin
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Range: $22
Shift: 6am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Preparing and processing outgoing shipments using FedEx, UPS, or DHL software
- Verifying packing slips against physical inventory to ensure order accuracy
- Generating bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels
- Operating basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or scales
- Maintaining a clean and organized shipping area

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and shipping software
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
