Job Description
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the TIG Welder is responsible for operating and performing various welding techniques, including MIG stick and TIG welding, on a variety of metal alloys and customer parts. The welder ensures that all parts are defect-free and meet customer specifications.

• Operate and perform various welding techniques such as MIG stick and TIG welding.
• Ensure all parts are defect-free and meet customer specifications.
• Work with a variety of metal alloys and customer parts.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in TIG welding.
• Experience in fabrication and blueprint reading.
• Ability to perform TIG and MIG welding.
• Skilled in repair welding.
• Proficient in using calipers and micrometers.

Work Environment
Work hours are from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. The facility is a manual and automated foundry with multiple modules housing different technologies to suit various customer demands. Employees can enjoy a flexible work schedule with available overtime and yearly performance evaluations to support pay progression.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Brown Deer, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $620000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
