This role is critical for a large-scale Point of Sale (POS) system replacement program, focused on developing and executing comprehensive training strategies. The ideal candidate will translate change impacts into actionable training plans and materials for various user personas. The position is hybrid, with a preference for candidates in the SF Bay area to facilitate in-office attendance when required.

#LP Job Summary:
This role is critical for a large-scale Point of Sale (POS) system replacement program, focused on developing and executing comprehensive training strategies. The ideal candidate will translate change impacts into actionable training plans and materials for various user personas. The position is hybrid, with a preference for candidates in the SF Bay area to facilitate in-office attendance when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize change impacts by persona into training strategies and plans.
- Develop course outlines and create diverse training materials.
- Manage the review and approval cycles for all training content.
- Ensure all training deliverables meet project milestones.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and systems in an ambiguous environment.
Must-have skills:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency in creating clear and engaging training materials.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Domain/Industry Experience:
Retail or Hospitality POS systems experience preferred.
