Gateway Office Operations Agent

Our client, a leader in logistics and operations support, is seeking a Gateway Office Operations Agent to join their team. As a Gateway Office Operations Agent, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Gateway Office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

The role requires multitasking; approximately 50% of the work is computer-based and 50% is physical.
Prepare packing supplies for clients and handle live shipments returning to the office for export.
Review and understand temperature handling instructions to ensure product integrity.
Follow interdepartmental instructions and coordinate with foreign offices for packing and replenishments.
Complete daily reports using internal systems and update Excel sheets for shipment tracking.
Assist in cold chain management, including gel pack preparation, refurbishment, and configuration.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
Less than one year of work experience, preferably in logistics or cold chain handling.
Ability to read and understand English for paperwork and instructions.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks safely.
