Our fast-growing Ad Operations team at DoorDash is looking for a passionate and skilled individual to help optimize and manage end-to-end operations for offsite ad campaigns. As a key player in our team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external teams, drive campaign success, and contribute to the growth of our business.ResponsibilitiesManage the entire campaign operations process across social and programmatic digital marketing channels, including Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budget utilization, and proactively identify optimization opportunities.Troubleshoot setup, tracking, and trafficking discrepancies in ongoing campaigns.Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for streamlined campaign setup and ensure accurate and timely campaign launches.Work closely with Marketing and Data Science teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of offsite media.Create post-mortem reports for large campaign bugs and collaborate with cross-functional teams on necessary actions.Recommend and implement new processes, workflows, and product improvements based on day-to-day experiences.Requirements2 years of experience in scaled ad operations, digital advertising, data entry, or data analytics.Experience in trafficking end-to-end digital media campaigns, including setup, QA, tracking, and reporting.Strong written communication skills for coordinating campaign launch logistics and crafting clear post-mortem reports.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment.PreferencesExperience with Client Ads is a plus.Project management or coordination experience is a plus.Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing campaign data is a plus.If you're eager to make a significant impact and be part of a vibrant team, we want to hear from you!
