American Traveler is looking for an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ year of clinical experience to join a collaborative orthopedic clinic team.
Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting with a collaborative, team-based environment
Patient population includes adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Caseload of 10-11 patients with evaluations scheduled in 30-minute blocks and sessions lasting 1-1.25 hours
Treats conditions including Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, back pain, disc herniation, fractures, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff issues, vestibular therapy, and manual therapy
Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, AM shift, with flexible scheduling options
Clinic hours vary by day, ranging from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Uses NextGen for documentation
No on-call requirements
License required if applicable
More than 1 year of clinical experience required; new graduates not accepted
Outpatient case management experience required
Strong communication skills required
Ability to work collaboratively within a PT/PTA clinical team required
Supported by a clinical team including front desk staff, rehab aides, 2 PTs, and 1 PTA
Clinicians supported by AI-powered documentation scribe technology for real-time, compliant clinical documentation
Business casual dress code
Temp-to-perm opportunity open to discussion
