Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. seeks an Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced prepared foods manufacturing plant. This role oversees a team of technicians, ensuring safe, reliable operation of processing and packaging equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The manager partners with production, quality, and engineering to minimize downtime, support capital projects, and maintain regulatory and food safety standards. Ideal candidates bring strong industrial maintenance expertise, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
