Responsibilities include filtering oil fryers daily, maintaining grounds, cleaning all areas of the restaurant, unloading delivery trucks twice a week, and changing light bulbs. This role supports the maintenance team with necessary tools and training to succeed, while operating under the independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
