Position Overview

As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guestssetting the tone for their entire stay. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Manage reservations and ensure accuracy in bookings
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
