The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting, supporting patient assessments, treatments, and care coordination. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the ambulatory setting. Perform patient triage (in-person and telephone) and assist with care coordination. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Assist physicians and providers during examinations and minor procedures. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care. Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to providers. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and discharge instructions. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, preferably in ambulatory care Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS and CNOR certification preferred. Ability to perform circulating nurse duties effectively and confidently.
