Located in Scottsdale, AZ Salary: $17-$20/hour Assembly Associate - 2nd Shift Pay: $17-$20/hour, depending on shift, experience, and assignment We are continuously looking for dependable, hands-on Assembly Associates for current and future 2nd shift opportunities with local manufacturing companies. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd like to meet you and keep you in consideration for upcoming positions. What You'll Do Depending on the assignment, you may:- Assemble components and products
- Use hand tools and basic power tools
- Follow detailed assembly instructions
- Inspect completed work for quality
- Package finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet production and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures
- Reliable attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable using basic tools
- Comfortable standing in one spot for the majority or entirety of the shift
- Able to follow instructions
- Comfortable with repetitive hands-on work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Looking for stable, long-term employment
- Arrive on time and ready to work
- Communicate well and professionally
- Show up prepared and ready to contribute
- Work hard and maintain a positive attitude
