We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and creative Lead Crafter & Key Holder to help lead our team while creating beautifully handcrafted cakes that turn everyday moments into lasting memories. This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in the small details that make a big impact. As a key holder and lead crafter, you'll help keep the bakery running smoothly while inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

What you'll do:

• Decorate and handcraft cakes with precision, creativity, and consistency
• Lead the bakery team during shifts and help maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere
• Open and close the bakery as a trusted key holder
• Support daily operations, including guest service, production flow, and inventory
• Coach and encourage team members while maintaining brand standards
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling celebrated and appreciated
• Help create a clean, organized, and joyful bakery environment

What we're looking for:

• A natural leader with a positive and dependable attitude
• Someone who enjoys both creativity and operations
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Previous bakery, food service, retail, or leadership experience preferred

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
