Join Our Team as a Urologist

We are currently in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to become a part of our thriving, hospital-centric practice located in the greater Phoenix area. This role is perfect for a driven physician who has a passion for inpatient urology, tackling complex cases, and collaborating across multiple hospitals in a rapidly expanding metropolitan area, recognized as the fifth largest city in the United States.

Position Highlights

• Inpatient-Only Role: Focus on urology hospitalist responsibilities, with optional outpatient clinic opportunities available if desired.
• Weekend Call Shifts: Expect to cover 8 or more weekend shifts annually (Friday 1:00 p.m. to Monday 8:00 a.m.).
• Hospital Coverage: Provide care across approximately 3 to 7 hospitals each weekend, supported by 1 to 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and a strong clinical team.
• Licensing Support: All fees related to licensing and credentialing will be fully covered by the organization.

Clinical Team & Services

You will be joining a large, collaborative group that includes:

• Urology Specialists: A diverse team of experienced urologists.
• Urogynecology Experts: A dedicated group of urogynecologists.
• Support Staff: Over 12 Advanced Practice Providers assisting with both inpatient and outpatient care.

Our areas of expertise encompass:

• Prostate cancer treatments, Da Vinci robotic surgery, GreenLight laser, and vasectomy
• Management of incontinence and female vaginal prolapse
• Erectile dysfunction solutions
• Laparoscopic nephrectomy
• Advanced therapies such as ThermiVa, Rezum, Urolift, and other BPH/pelvic health treatments

Role Expectations

The Urology Hospitalist will be responsible for:

• Providing weekend inpatient coverage and rounding on hospitalized urology patients.
• Managing post-operative patients, handling inpatient consultations, and performing urologic surgeries and procedures.
• Collaborating closely with APPs and the wider team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Incorporating outpatient clinic sessions based on personal interest and group requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Open to both new graduates and seasoned physicians
• Welcoming both AMG and IMG candidates
• Interest in modern, technology-driven urologic care and complex inpatient management
