Physical Therapist Assistant

Position Summary
- We're looking for a compassionate, Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our mission of restoring function and rebuilding lives.
- In this role, you'll work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide personalized treatment that empowers patients-while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced outpatient setting.
- Support patients and staff in delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatments
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and mobility training
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and confidential environment at all times
- Motivate and assist patients in achieving their rehab goals
- Educate patients on proper movement patterns and recovery practices
- Perform accurate and efficient documentation using a state of the art EMR system
- Help with treatment setup and daily clinic operations
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front desk tasks as needed
- Assist with clinic promotions-making calls or visits to physicians, local businesses, and schools
- Represent the clinic at community wellness events and outreach opportunities
- Active Wisconsin PTA License
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (but new grads with passion are encouraged to apply!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A warm, team-oriented mindset and a deep respect for diverse cultures
