Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess patients' health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
