ROI Records Specialist - HIPAA & Patient Data Access
MRO
MRO is seeking an ROI Specialist to support client sites in handling Release of Information requests. You will review requester data, determine records to release, and log activities into the ROI On-Line system, ensuring HIPAA compliance. The role includes answering calls, assisting walk-ins, and processing physician requests as needed. Work at client facilities nationwide, adhering to site policies.
