Position Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations
- Develop treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services
- Monitor patient progress
- Maintain timely documentation
- Educate caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary providers
Full-Time W-2 Benefits
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, annual CEU reimbursement, licensure reimbursement, therapy materials reimbursement, and employee referral bonuses are available to eligible full-time employees.
Qualifications
Active Arizona PT or DPT license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID (we can help you get this), Article 9 certification, dependable transportation, and strong interpersonal skills.
Pediatric and home health experience are welcomed but not required.
