We're seeking a Family Medicine Physician who's passionate about strengthening community health and making a meaningful impact. If you're driven to provide full spectrum care and feel called to serve underserved patient populations, you'll find a home and purpose here in Hermiston, Oregon.
Highlights:
- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 0.75 FTE (30 hours per week)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Operational Hours: Monday Thursday, 7:30 am 7:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm
- $242k annual compensation
- Guaranteed first-year annual salary
- $22k Hiring bonus
- $15k Relocation allowance
- $1,125 monthly resident/fellow stipend
- $37,500 annual geographical pay
- Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
- 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
