Qualifications Expert knowledge of NodeJS-based application development Deep experience with MongoDB, including data design and performance optimization Broad hands-on experience with AWS-based infrastructure and deployment processes Working knowledge of Redis, Docker-based containerization, Terraform, Jenkins Flexible and adaptable with a positive “can-do” attitude Excellent communication skills with an ability to work effectively in-office and remote Able to build modular, loosely coupled, reusable, and maintainable software components Role and Responsibilities 25% - Help to direct and mentor a growing and distributed team of developers at all levels of experience (from junior to senior/principal) leadership. Observe and promote software development best practices such as proper testing and code review, reuse, and refactoring 25% Be a proactive and hands‑on technical troubleshooter to identify issues early and prevent them from occurring. Optimize the applications for stability, security, speed, and scalability. Hands‑on production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. 50% MERN Development. Contribute to the design, definition, and implementation of the application and feature‑level architecture across multiple services and tiers.
