In this role, you'll be an integral part of the surgical team, ensuring that all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use. Your responsibilities will include:

• Decontamination and manual cleaning processes
• Instrument inspection, assembly, packaging, and sterilization
• Endoscope cleaning and reprocessing
• Surgical case picking and preparation
• Case cart organization
• Vendor/loaner tray management and coordination
• Troubleshooting instrument and equipment issues
• Overseeing day-to-day CSP workflow

Requirements for this position include:

• 3+ years of Sterile Processing Technician experience
• CSP Certification
• BLS Certification
• Leadership, management, or operational experience to function independently
• Need 2 years experience in setting
