You will resolve user-reported technical issues and ensure smooth operation of desktop solutions. A key aspect of this position involves managing support queues, prioritizing issues, and escalating complex problems as needed.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and replace end-user computer hardware.Perform software installations, updates, and system imaging.Respond to and resolve technical support requests.Manage and document IT asset inventory.Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams.Must-Have Skills:Hands-on desktop support experienceProficiency in troubleshooting macOS and WindowsUnderstanding of core networking conceptsExperience supporting end-users in a corporate environment is preferred.
