Dialysis Nurse

Join our team as a Hemodialysis RN and provide essential, compassionate care to dialysis patients within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver personalized treatment plans, conduct patient assessments, supervise care, and address patient concerns to promote recovery and improve quality of life. You will build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs, while also educating staff on hemodialysis standards and equipment.
