Here's the fine print: You have 2+ years in software implementation or Consulting. You have at least 2+ years in SaaS industry You have led multiple complex projects or initiatives at once while still being laser-focused on detail. You are an excellent multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You are experienced in customer-facing presentations and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders. You can communicate complex ideas simply - and know that a confused customer is never a good outcome. You lead with empathy, meeting customers where they are and building their confidence every step of the way. You champion change management best practices, helping end users embrace new technology with ease. A drivers license may be required if you are asked to visit clients onsite. Nice to have: Experience working directly with banking and insurance clients to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls; Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services - such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.
