Senior Lead AI Engineer - Gen AI Platform & Guardrails

Capital One seeks a Senior Lead AI Engineer to drive Gen AI platform services, including agentic AI, guardrails, and evaluation. The role partners across engineers, researchers, TPMs, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that transform how associates work and how customers interact with Capital One.
You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components, leverage a broad stack (AWS, HuggingFace, VectorDBs, PyTorch), and innovate state-of-the-art LLM
