Position Overview

Thrive Collective Health Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide exceptional mental health services to our clients. In this full-time role, you will work remotely from your home environment, allowing for a flexible schedule while serving individuals at our detox center in Kingman, Arizona. You will earn an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and hours worked.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychotherapy services to a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological health and developing tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implementing effective therapeutic interventions like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) while considering each patient’s unique preferences and needs.
• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and agency standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to discuss cases and enhance treatment approaches through teamwork.
• Participating in regular peer review meetings and case consultations to reflect on practices and seek continuous improvement for the benefit of our clients.
• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them on their recovery journey.
• Staying current with the latest research in mental health practices and integrating new insights into therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals in need of detoxification and mental health services. This role requires cultural competence and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. You will encounter a wide array of mental health issues, from substance use disorders to mood disorders, necessitating diverse therapeutic skills and adaptability in your approach.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated experience in working with a variety of populations and addressing a comprehensive range of mental health concerns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, vital for establishing strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Proficient in working autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with digital health records and platforms.
• Previous work in detox settings or experience with substance use disorder treatment.
• Training in specific therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
