Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and experience to all clients
- Listen considerately to customer needs and create customized solutions that uphold the Victoria Beckham Beauty standards
- Achieve sales goals and specific KPIs while striving to overachieve all standards
- Uphold Victoria Beckham Beauty image and counter hygiene standards
- Adhere to all VBB policies and best practices including Time & Attendance, Grooming, Meal & Rest Breaks, etc.
Qualifications
- 2+yrs in sales, preferably in luxury and beauty
- Makeup artistry skills preferred
- Passionate about the luxury beauty environment, artistry and selling/clienteling
- Demonstrated excellence in delivering exceptional service to clients
- Proven ability to productively achieve goals
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and strong problem solving skills
- Collaborative and driven to succeed individually and as a team
- Self-reliant and driven; able to work in both a fast paced and slower environment
