Clinical Pharmacologist

Shape clinically credible pharmacology content for simulated clinical data environments, connecting PK/PD evidence, dosing decisions, efficacy, and safety into data and analyses that withstand expert review. Role Overview

This role supports multiple clinical pharmacology workflows, including the creation of realistic pharmacology datasets and the development of evaluation materials for AI-generated clinical pharmacology work.

• Simulate the pharmacology layer of each clinical data room, including PK and PD datasets, dosing and dose-escalation regimens, exposure-response relationships, and bioanalytical reports.
• Ensure dose rationale and concentration data are clinically plausible and reconcile with efficacy and safety outputs.
• Author dose-selection rationales; drug concentration and response sections; and drug-drug and drug-disease interaction content.
• Create prompts, reference outputs, and scoring rubrics to assess an AI agent''s ability to produce comparable clinical pharmacology work.

• PharmD, PhD in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, or a related field, MD, or equivalent education.
• At least 5 years of experience required; 10 to 25 years preferred.
• Required experience supporting pre-market Phase 1 through Phase 3 programs as a clinical pharmacologist.
• Hands-on experience with PK/PD work, dose selection and escalation, and exposure-response analysis.
• First-in-human program experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work from a protocol and statistical analysis plan to produce pharmacology data suitable for expert scrutiny.

• Remote, hourly engagement.
• Applicants must be located in the United States, Canada, or France.
• Minimum availability of 20 to 25 hours per week; 30 or more hours per week preferred.

$120 to $170 per hour.
