Member Relationship Specialist — On-Site Health Coach

Credit Human

Credit Human is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist at their New Orleans Financial Health Center to help members achieve financial health through personalized support and empathy. This role requires at least 3 years of face-to-face interaction experience and a strong commitment to member needs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, working directly with members to develop actionable financial strategies.
