TRUCK DRIVER

Truck Driver

As a truck driver, you are the critical link between our distribution center and store locations. You have the opportunity to impact the company by safely operating a commercial truck to transport goods.

Drivers have the benefit of regular home time and are paid hourly rather than by the mile. Schedules are posted 3-4 weeks in advance. Drivers are eligible to receive a per diem if a run requires a sleeper berth. Applicants must possess a CDL-A license and be willing to obtain doubles/triples endorsement.

What You'll Do:

• Drive semi-tractor and trailer(s)
• Drop and hook trailers at each location
• Perform DVIR's daily to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition and take corrective action if needed
• Use Electronic Logging Device or paper logs to record hours of service, stops, inspection and maintenance
• Abide by all DOT policies, rules and regulations
• If needed, assist loading or unloading trailers
