We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Pega System Architect with deep expertise in designing and delivering scalable, AI-driven enterprise solutions using Pega PRPC and Pega Infinity . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in case management, intelligent decisioning, and system integrations, with a proven ability to automate complex business processes across healthcare, insurance, and enterprise domains.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Pega System Architect with deep expertise in designing and delivering scalable, AI-driven enterprise solutions using Pega PRPC and Pega Infinity . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in case management, intelligent decisioning, and system integrations, with a proven ability to automate complex business processes across healthcare, insurance, and enterprise domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Pega platform capabilities
- Lead implementation of case management and workflow automation solutions
- Develop AI-driven decisioning frameworks using Pega decision strategies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs
- Integrate Pega applications with enterprise systems using APIs, services, and messaging frameworks
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and compliance of Pega solutions
- Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and enforce best practices
- Support deployment, testing, and post-production activities
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and Pega Infinity
- Expertise in:
- Case Management
- Business Process Management (BPM)
- Decisioning / AI strategies in Pega
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience in building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of performance tuning and application security
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (CLSA)
- Experience in healthcare or insurance domain projects
- Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of data modeling and reporting in Pega
