Site Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee complex residential renovations, historic home restorations, and structural remodeling projects across the Denver metro area. The ideal candidate will manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient site operations, quality workmanship, safety compliance, and completion within budgeted timelines.
Manage daily site operations, construction schedules, trade coordination, and workflow across multiple projects.
Oversee historic home renovations and structural work, including shoring, beams, posts, footings, and connections.
Identify and document hidden conditions, such as rot, damaged materials, and framing issues, coordinating with project managers and engineers.
Read and execute construction drawings and structural engineering details.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries.
Maintain daily construction logs and photo documentation using Buildertrend.
Ensure all inspections are scheduled, attended, and documented.
Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, quality standards, and building code compliance.
Control field costs by minimizing rework, material damage, trade downtime, and unnecessary equipment rentals.
Document project delays and communicate schedule risks promptly to the project manager.
Drive projects toward their budgeted completion dates.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in residential construction.
Proven experience in historic home renovations and structural remodeling.
Ability to interpret structural drawings and engineering specifications.
Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site management skills.
Experience with construction documentation software, preferably Buildertrend.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between project sites.
