Become a part of our healthcare team as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, where you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to patients recovering from various surgeries, including hip and knee replacements, mastectomies, and abdominal operations. Your skills will be essential in promoting favorable patient outcomes and supporting their recovery process.

• Deliver outstanding nursing care to patients post-surgery
• Administer medications and manage intravenous drips, including PCA and Heparin
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR for precise documentation and patient management
• Be prepared to float across different campuses as required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered)
• Must hold an active Iowa or compact/multistate RN license
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC is mandatory
• Experience with PCA and Heparin drips is essential
