Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to appropriate healthcare provider.
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as needed to ensure continuous patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent ER and travel nursing experience required.
• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact RN license in accordance with NLC guidelines.
• Experienced with Level I Trauma care and large hospital environments.
• Driver's license required with submission.
• Must be willing to work 48 hours as needed.
• EPIC charting system experience preferred.
