Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents, families, and coworkers. Qualifications Current California LVN license in good standing. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required. A commitment to providing outstanding, resident-centered care.
