We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Vadnais Heights, MN facility as 3rd shift Production Assemblers. Core Duties Construct products and components by strictly following established technical requirements. Verify product quality to ensure every item aligns with our internal benchmarks. Keep your workstation tidy to foster a safer and more productive manufacturing environment. Work alongside your colleagues to ensure all production targets and schedules are successfully met. Notify your supervisor immediately regarding any production errors or inconsistencies. Engage in professional development workshops to improve your assembly expertise. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety procedures. Requirements Completion of high school or an equivalent educational background is preferred. Prior background in a manufacturing or assembly role is considered an advantage. Demonstrate high levels of precision and the ability to execute complex instructions. Show a strong capacity for working well within a group setting. Possess the physical coordination and manual skill required for detailed assembly work. Exhibit a proactive mindset and the ability to resolve basic operational challenges. Maintain an open attitude toward mastering new technologies and evolving production methods.
