Bromley Court Hotel is a historic, independently owned 4‑star property with 111 well‑appointed bedrooms and 9 versatile function spaces, including a popular on‑site restaurant. We deliver high‑quality food and service across weddings, celebrations, corporate meetings and events. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at a 4‑star hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality breakfast offerings that meet the hotel’s standards of excellence, consistency, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong culinary skills, efficiency during peak service times, and a commitment to presentation and food safety. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes according to hotel recipes and quality standards Execute à la carte, buffet, and room service breakfast menus Ensure breakfast stations are fully prepared, attractively presented, and replenished throughout service Maintain consistency, portion control, and high presentation standards Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperature at all times Adhere strictly to hotel hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering of breakfast supplies Minimise food waste and support cost‑control initiatives Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless guest service Handle guest requests and special dietary requirements professionally Requirements and Qualifications Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie (Breakfast) in a hotel or high‑volume kitchen Strong knowledge of international breakfast cuisine and buffet service Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Culinary qualification or professional training preferred Physically fit and able to work standing for long periods What We Offer The opportunity to develop your career within a respected, long‑established hospitality business A supportive and collaborative management team A varied and rewarding role in a busy, high‑quality kitchen environment Please submit your CV to apply for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
