Nebraska Licensed STD Case Manager

To support client needs, the remote Nebraska Licensed STD Case Manager will manage disability claims, provide empathetic customer service, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working independently in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Make timely and accurate STD and AM claim decisions based on comprehensive information review Document claims accurately and maintain compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal partners to foster a positive work environment and support high morale Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of job-related claims experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Understanding of medical terminology, pathology, and anatomy Proficiency in product-specific areas of STD and federal/state regulations Strong customer service skills with a commitment to empathy
