Responsibilities Supervise subordinate personnel, CQI activities, and infection control. Qualifications Doctorate of Dental Surgery or Doctorate of Medical Dentistry degree. No specific type or amount of experience required. Successful completion of a background investigation and criminal records check. Location The office is located at the Kalamazoo Psychiatric Hospital, 1312 Oakland Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49008. Candidates must report in person. Additional Information Computers will be provided for state work.
