Careers Apply Position Clinic Admissions Associate Location: Cibolo, TX Job ID: 29597 # of Openings: 1 Overview As a Clinic Admissions Associate at Action Behavior Centers, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you'll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. Responsibilities Responsible for the day‑to‑day administrative functions of busy clinics such as document management and internal/external communication with referral sources. Provide great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families. Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help our children. Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership. Qualifications Positive and contagious attitude that shows readiness to engage with families. 1-2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas. Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Eagerness to be part of a caring and team‑oriented company culture. Deep commitment to show up everyday and be a leader at your center. High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Benefits Pay: $19–$22 with bonus potential up to $6,000.
