CNC Machinist – Night Shift Schedule: Night Shift – Approximately 40–48 hours per week Core hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 6:30 AM Overtime may be required on Fridays and Saturdays Pay Rate: $55,000/yr - $61,000/yr.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team on the night shift. This role is responsible for setting up and operating advanced CNC equipment, ensuring high-quality production while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including mill-turn equipment, multi-axis lathes, or similar machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job instructions to determine machining requirements
• Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Communicate production issues and improvement opportunities to leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC lathes or mill-turn equipment (required)
• Experience with multi-axis machining (strongly preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn new equipment and adapt to evolving processes
