Job Overview As a qualified behavioral specialist provider, your role is to work with schools, educators, and students to improve academic performance, behavioral outcomes, and overall learning environments. Behavioral Aspects Behavioral Assessments Developing Behavior Plans Training and Workshops Data Collection & Analysis Crisis Intervention Collaboration and Consultation Professional Development Advocacy and Support Salary: $40.00 - $60.00 hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday Minimum 6-30 hours per week Employment: Full-time, Part-time, Independent Contractor Responsibilities and Duties Develop and implement educational plans to address identified needs Implement behavior support plans to ensure the successful remediation of problem behavior Integrate elements of person-centered planning as part of a coordinated PBS effort Provide parent training and skill-building activities at home and in the community Assist individuals with developmental disabilities and their support staff directly or indirectly to find meaningful, lasting connections in their neighborhoods.
