Shift and Pay 1st Shift 6 am - 2 pm Pay $30.29 This position is responsible for compounding and mixing raw materials to create quality products according to specifications. Candidates will work hands‑on with production equipment and follow detailed batch instructions in a manufacturing environment. Primary duties Follow production schedules to complete batches on time Locate, verify, and stage raw materials for production Follow batch ticket instructions and quality procedures precisely Monitor and maintain production equipment with routine inspections Record material usage and production data accurately Submit samples to Quality Control as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements High school diploma or GED Manufacturing or related experience preferred Basic math and mechanical skills Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physical environment Why choose Acloché At Acloché, we know people.
