We are known for our small-town feel, strong community connections, and a team-centered approach to care.We're looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to help ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents, staff, and visitors.As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility, helping ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)Ensure facility equipment and systems are functioning properlyComplete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasksRespond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residentsMaintain a safe and compliant environment in accordance with regulationsAssist with groundskeeping and facility upkeep as neededGeneral "jack-of-all-trades" maintenance experience requiredMaintenance experience in a healthcare setting preferredCompassion and respect for the elderly and medically fragile populationStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to complete a background checkAt Chandler Creek, you're more than just an employee—you're part of a team that takes pride in creating a safe and comfortable home for our residents.
