Associate Events Project Manager

Event Project Coordinator

Support Event Project Managers in the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of events across assigned regions.

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare meeting decks, capture notes, and maintain event records.

Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders for budget planning and oversight.

Handle timely budget entry, tracking, and review for assigned events.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and deadlines.

Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure process accuracy.

Assist in process improvements and documentation initiatives.

Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations related to event planning and execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Three to five years of experience in event management or project management.

Experience supporting large-scale events or similar projects.

Understanding of event production components and project management processes.

Proven experience managing budgets exceeding $1M.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage projects with minimal supervision.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and seek guidance when needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with Workfront (preferred).

Ability to obtain a valid passport and travel as required (0–10%).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
