Requirements Previous experience using hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, caulk guns, hammers) Ability to read work orders and follow written instructions Ability to accurately use a tape measure (employee must provide their own) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Ability to wear required PPE (company provided) Job Duties Assist with shipping and crating finished products for shipment Seal louvers and finished products using a caulk gun Assemble fabricated louvers using drills, impact drivers, and screws Read work orders and compare them to build cut sheets to ensure accuracy Measure materials using a tape measure to verify dimensions Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and production tasksInspect finished products for quality before shipment Lift, move, and transport materials throughout the production area Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements Support various production departments based on shipping schedules and operational needs Why This Opportunity?
