Pride Health is hiring an Inventory Specialist to support our client’s medical facility based in Minnesota

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension, competitive pay and benefits and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

 

Job Title: Inventory Specialist  

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55454

Length of assignment: 3 months with possible extension.  

Pay Range: $25/hr. - $28/hr.

Shift: Monday - Friday – 8 AM to 4.30 PM     

 

Job Duties

• Managed and directed inventory levels throughout the facility to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Analyzed and monitored inventory levels regularly and adjusted order quantities within inventory management systems.
• Reconciled inventory variances and maintained accurate inventory control records.
• Generated, analyzed, and monitored inventory and supply chain reports for department managers.
• Measured and tracked operational data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Maintained, verified, and updated receiving, distribution, and inventory records.
• Assisted with regulatory compliance activities, including product recalls and returns.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to improve inventory processes and standardize products.
• Assessed departmental inventory needs and recommended adjustments to par levels and product assortment.
• Worked with managers to identify and implement acceptable product substitutions.
• Updated department inventory profiles in collaboration with managers and frontline staff.
• Placed and expedited orders to meet customer and departmental needs.
• Processed online orders and resolved receiving discrepancies.
• Managed consignment inventory and minimized expired or obsolete products.

 

Required

• 1+ year of relevant inventory management experience
