Driving sales growth, the full-time Remote Sales Executive will engage B2B prospects through high-volume outbound calls to promote digital and direct mail marketing solutions while achieving performance KPIs in a dynamic remote environment. Key responsibilities Engage B2B prospects through a high volume of outbound phone calls to book appointments and drive sales Consistently achieve activity and performance KPIs, including phone time, dials, and sales volume Follow an established sales process while incorporating coaching and feedback from management Required qualifications Resident in one of the specified states Available to work a 40-hour standard schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST) weekdays Possess a dedicated, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet for remote work Demonstrate an energetic, resilient, and positive attitude with strong communication and persuasion skills Exhibit high integrity, work ethic, reliability, and self-discipline to perform independently in a remote environment
