Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse

Schedule: Days, M-F, 8am-6:30pm

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• ACLS certification
• Proficient in moderate sedation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons.
• Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions.
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through effective conflict management and professional communication skills.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
